About me
Profile
Project and Program management expert with strong ambition to improve Agile development processes. I graduated from Aalto university eMBA program November 2016. I have gained solid understanding of business requirements in modern customer centric business environments. I have strong experience of handling complex programs and projects and I have a clear understanding of the ICT project life cycle from bidding to maintenance. I have knowledge of leading multi-vendor environments, including offshore teams in different continents. I have also worked as a testing project manager, pilot manager, deployment manager and service manager.
My personal operational model
I’m a strong believer of Agile development. I also believe that way to successful and profitable project work is the close co-operation with all the customers stakeholders.
One of the most important task for the project manager is the stakeholder communication. I can communicate fluently with business and the technical persons. I’m brilliant with people and I get the teams to work well together. I have a successful track record of completing my projects successfully.
